Borderlines DVD Premiere to launch on July 23 at the Historic Wayne Theater in Monticello, Kentucky
The 20th Anniversary DVD Edition of Borderlines – which was shot entirely in Wayne County in 1990 – will be screened at the Historic Wayne Theater on July 23 at 6:00 p.m. Director Ron Schildknecht will be present at the screening. The Legend of the Pope Lick Monter on DVD
The DVD release of The Legend of the Pope Lick Monster features a digitally remastered picture and sound track with stereo and 5.1 surround sound versions. Special features include digital versions of the story and scripts, Reddneck: the music video (using never-seen-before-footage), outtakes, storyboards, director and actor commentary, news clips from newspaper and television, and scores of preproduction and production images and documents.
My Porcelain Past on DVD
Also released is the 20th Anniversary Edition of My Porcelain Past. The DVD includes digitally remastered picture and sound with stereo and 5.1 surround sound versions. The bonus features include audio commentary from the filmmaker, slide shows of still images taken by Janice Braverman and Bill Karlen, outtakes, a version of the film with only Tom Mabe's haunting soundtrack, and a digital version of the thousand signatures protesting the possibility of another type of gas.
